As the Head of Talent at Hrim, you will be the architect of our team for our various innovation products, services and projects, shaping the future of our company by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. This role demands a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset, capable of building foundational teams for our products and services in association with the founders.

Job Overview

Strategic Talent Acquisition: Lead the strategic planning and execution of talent acquisition processes specifically focused on hiring individuals capable of leading Hrim's innovative products, services, and projects. Develop and refine recruitment strategies to attract top- talent into the organisation.


Dynamic Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles for Hrim. This includes proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship building with potential candidates.


Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Founders and build Leads to deeply understand the specific  competencies required for success in the upcoming projects. Tailor recruitment efforts to meet these unique needs, ensuring an alignment of talent with Hrim's strategic goals.


Interviewing and Selection Process Management: Conduct and continuously improve the interviewing process to ensure it effectively assesses candidates' abilities to lead, innovate, and drive projects to success. Implement innovative assessment methods to gauge candidates' strategic thinking, innovation potential, and fit with Hrim's culture.


Onboarding and Integration: Design and implement an onboarding experience that rapidly integrates new leadership hires into their roles, setting them up for success. Facilitate introductions and collaborations with key team members to foster immediate alignment and productivity.

Key Responsibilties 


  • Masters in Business Administration

  • At Least 5 years of relevant HR experience,  in a position which requires recruiting zero to one teams.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent strategies.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a people.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships at all levels and amongst multiple stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of current HR trends, best practices, and legal compliance.
