We are seeking a creative and dynamic Design Associate to join our team at Hrim. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about design and eager to contribute to innovation projects. The intern will have the opportunity to work closely with our Build Leads , providing critical support in creating compelling and user-friendly designs across mediums.
Job Overview
Assist in the development and refinement of product and service designs.
Collaborate with Founders and Build Leads to create visual communication assets for the company and new concepts using cutting edge design softwares.
Help in conducting design research to bring concepts into tangible designs utilizing their skillset
Support the team in day-to-day tasks and project execution
Key Responsibilties
Bachelors or Master's in a design-related degree program (e.g., Graphic Design, Industrial Design, UX/UI Design).
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Keen attention to detail and a passion for design.
