As the Build Lead specialising in Design at Hrim, you will fulfil a role comparable to that of a Design Lead in a creatively-driven company building new products and services. Your primary responsibility is to transform conceptual ideas into tangible technologically viable design realities which can be executed on ground. This role demands a unique blend of creative vision, technical design skills, and leadership. You will execute the design process from concept development to final operationalization for the project, ensuring that each design element aligns with the vision.

Key Responsibilties
Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master's in Design related fields specialising in UI/UX design, product design, service design, graphic design, strategic design management, experience design and similar fields.
Experience: 5+ years leading design projects, with a portfolio that showcases versatility and creativity.
Skills:

Proficiency in design tools and softwares,
Strong leadership abilities.
