As the Build Lead specialising in Business at Hrim, you are expected to be a strategic trailblazer with a rich background in business strategy and startup development. This role is critical for steering the business aspect of projects, products and services that develop within the Hrim ecosystem. The work includes developing business aspects of concepts from 0 to 1. This role involves not just leading but pioneering business strategies and operational models for novel concepts, transforming them into successful, market-ready ventures.
Job Overview
Development of Business Model and Strategy:
Take charge of developed concepts within the Hrim ecosystem, building them into operational business entities.
Apply innovative strategic thought to build viable business models for new concepts, ensuring they are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with the set vision for the product or service.
Business planning:
Build comprehensive plans for marketing, sales, and operations, to drive growth and establish a competitive edge.
Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform and adapt business strategies, ensuring relevance and efficacy.
Team Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
Manage project teams, driving execution and promoting a culture of innovation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing business opportunities and company reputation.
Key Responsibilties
Educational Background: MBA with a focus on Strategy, Marketing, Sales,Business Operations, or equivalent ex-founder experience.
Strategic Expertise: Proven track record in business strategy development and execution.
Leadership Skills: Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, fostering innovation and agility.
Marketing and Sales Knowledge: In-depth understanding of marketing and sales strategies, with an ability to leverage market trends and consumer insights.
